It's easy enough to install and run the Readiness Report Creator on a single user's computer to create a readiness report. But what if you're in a large organization and need to create readiness reports for an entire department or branch office?
If you have your users run the UI wizard version of the Readiness Report Creator, you end up with separate Excel files, one for each user. That makes it difficult to see readiness from a departmental or office-wide perspective. You also have to rely on the users to run the Readiness Report Creator and follow the instructions correctly.

To identify files that have VBA macros that might be blocked from running, you can run the Readiness Report Creator from a command prompt and use the blockinternetscan option. For example, if you want to scan files in the c:\officefiles folder (and all its subfolders) on a device and save the JSON file with the results to the Finance share on Server01, you can run the following command.
If you are still running a previous version of MDT, you will need to upgrade to MDT 2013 in order to deploy these new operating systems and use these new features. This guide will assume you are upgrading from MDT 2012 Update 1. Before continuing, be sure to have a current backup or snapshot of your deployment server. This process, including wait times, should not take more than an hour.
MDT 2013 is able to support Windows 8.1 because of the underlying tools in Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK). Because of this, ADK 8.1 is a required prerequisite. Uninstall any previous version of the Automated Installation Kit (AIK) and ADK (including ADK 8) before continuing. Reboot your deployment server.
When I save the test data in Excel setup after running Laview program, it created an error as "Error - 41007 occurred at NI_report.lvclass:New Report.v -> ...NI reports; You musr have the LabVIEW Report Generation Toolkit for Microsoft Office Installed to create this type of report. Questions: Do I need to install LabView Report Generation Toolkit for Microsoft Office in my computer?. If yes, what is the LabView Report Generation Toolkit for Microsoft Office Version. Where can I find this software?. I use Labview 2011, Window 7, MS 2013 in computer.
I can not find this software by using this site: -Download LabVIEW 2011 Report Generation Toolkit for Microsoft Office : -report-generation-toolkit-for-microsoft-office-2011/2572/en/. When I click this link above, it is an error as Page could not found...
The Report Generation Toolkit is an add-on product that requires a license. If you need access to Office 2013 (which, logic suggests, came out in 2013), you might want to consider using a version of LabVIEW that is at least "current" with the data structure it needs to support (unless you believe that NI can "predict the future" and build compatibility into LabVIEW 2011 to match products that Microsoft will release two years later).
If you are interested in interacting with Microsoft Office 2013, why are you working so hard to download an evaluation product that NI says is not compatible with this version of Office? If you did a little searching of the Web on your own, you would have found both the Report Generation Toolkit Compatibility with Microsoft Office and LabVIEW table that says, clearly, that LabVIEW 2014 is the first version that NI says is compatible with Office 2013. You could also find NI's download site (or you could go to NI.com, where with a few (obvious) clicks you can get to the Download Site yourself.
This page shows supported versions of Report Generation Toolkit with Microsoft Office and LabVIEW development systems. Reference this information to ensure you install the correct toolkit version when upgrading or updating your system or software. Using incompatible versions may result in errors, or missing LabVIEW palettes or functions.
Note: The table above shows compatibility for 32-bit version of the Report Generation Toolkit with LabVIEW and Microsoft Office products. Although compatibility for 32-bit and 64-bit are largely the same for this toolkit, some differences exist. Check the readme for your version under System Requirements >> 64-bit Version for specifics on OS and Microsoft Office Compatibility.
Note: You must have both Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel installed before installing the toolkit. Please refer to the Report Generation Toolkit for Microsoft Office readme and product page links in the related links section for more information about the toolkit.Related Links:Products and Services: NI LabVIEW Report Generation Toolkit for Microsoft Office
